Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and entitlement restoration. Use Restore Purchases in the app if a previous entitlement is not showing.
Before contacting support
- Make sure iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch are running current software.
- Restart the affected device if a feature stops responding.
- For Watch syncing, keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled and the paired iPhone nearby.
- For notifications, Live Activities, Health, or microphone/speech-related features, check the relevant permissions in Apple Settings.
